I've truly been blessed to do what I love to do for a living, building homes and having a positive impact on peoples’ lives. As a third generation Houstonian and second generation builder, I have twenty years experience building homes in the greater Houston metroplex. After learning many skills hands-on working for large builders in the area, I became a project manager for David Weekley Homes, later director of construction for Anglia Homes, and most recently, vice president of construction for Rohe and Wright. 

 

In 2012 I started building homes for friends and family under the name Windsor Builders. I realized that as much as I loved building homes, I found it much more rewarding to do so as the owner of my own company.

I work with each client personally throughout the entire process, from the conception of the plan, through the tedium of permitting, and step by step during the actual building of the home. Custom finishes, highly efficient heating and cooling, and a dedication to quality and precision in the structure of each home is the standard upheld at Sonderfan Custom Homes.
